Our Student Mahinur ÇAKAN Shared the Results of Her TUBITAK 2209 Project
The TUBITAK 2209 project titled “The Use of Smart Logistics Technologies in Turkey, Its Impact on Human Resources and Employees' Perspective on Smart Logistics Technologies” conducted by Mahinur ÇAKAN examined the effects of the change and technological transformation in the logistics sector on human resources.
Dr. Lecturer Emine GENÇ, who is the advisor of the project. Dr. Emine GENÇ, who is the advisor of the project, aims to contribute to the competitiveness of the logistics sector in Turkey. The research conducted within the scope of the project examined in detail the use of smart logistics technologies in logistics businesses in Turkey, the impact of these technologies on human resources and the perspective of employees on these technologies.
Mahinur ÇAKAN shared the work carried out within the scope of the project with a presentation at the Faculty Conference Hall. In the presentation, the prevalence of smart logistics technologies in the logistics sector, the attitudes of enterprises towards these technologies and the adaptation processes of employees to technology were discussed.
Our Rector Prof. Dr. Orhan UZUN and Dean Prof. Dr. Metin SABAN also participated in the event. In addition, our department faculty members and students participated in the event.
As the department, we would like to thank Mahinur ÇAKAN for her productive presentation and congratulate Mahinur and her advisor Dr. Lecturer Emine GENÇ for her successful TÜBİTAK 2209 project. We congratulate Dr. Emine GENÇ. We would also like to thank our Rector Prof. Dr. Orhan UZUN and Dean Prof. Dr. Metin SABAN for not leaving the BARU UTL family alone on this meaningful day.
