The “AMOS (Structural Equation Modeling) Training,” organized to enhance the research competencies of our department’s academic staff, was successfully conducted.
The training was delivered by our Head of Department, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Emine Umay Genç. Within the scope of the training, structural equation modeling (SEM) processes were addressed using IBM SPSS Amos. Detailed information was provided on model specification, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), goodness-of-fit indices, and model interpretation. Participants had the opportunity to perform analyses through practical examples and gained valuable insights that they can utilize in their scientific research.
Throughout the training, our academic staff actively participated, and the process was further enriched through the Q&A session.
We would like to express our sincere thanks to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Emine Umay Genç for her valuable contributions and to all academic staff for their participation. We hope to meet again in similar training activities.
