Students wishing to take make-up exams for the Spring Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year must submit their applications between April 6-10, 2026 (until the end of business on Friday, April 10, 2026). Application forms, along with their attachments, must be delivered in person to the relevant department secretary staff of our Faculty.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Article 15, paragraph (c) of the Bartın University Associate and Undergraduate Education, Teaching and Examination Regulations states: "Make-up exams: Only for midterm exams. Students who apply within the week following the end of midterm exams and whose excuse is accepted by the relevant administrative board may take the make-up exam." Make-up applications will be evaluated in accordance with the "Bartın University Make-up Exam Application Principles".
