Final Registrations will be made between August 23, 2024 - September 06, 2024.
Students who have the right to transfer to our faculty but cannot submit their documents in person are required to send their transfer documents to iibf@bartin.edu.tr e-mail address together with a petition.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION
1- Approved Student Document: Approved document received from the institution from which the applicant student will leave (Documents received with electronic signature are accepted if they have a verification code or QR code).
2- Certified Transcript: A certified document showing all the courses taken by the applicant from the institution the student will leave and the grades of these courses (It is accepted if the documents received with electronic signature have a verification code or QR code.)
3- Internet Printout Showing ÖSYS / YKS Score: It is the document showing that the students have been placed in the Higher Education Institutions they are enrolled in.
4- Declaration Form stating that he/she has not made a transfer within the scope of Additional Article-1.
6- Printout of the Application Form
7- For students who are ranked in 10%, a document showing that they are ranked in 10%.
8- Document Indicating that there is no problem in making a lateral transfer
9- Document showing the Grade Evaluation System (It will be requested from those who apply for transfer abroad.)
11-HorizontalTransfer Registration Petition
Documents required for registration are accepted if there is a verification code in the documents received via E-government or received via EBYS. Wet signed documents must be sent by mail/cargo to the following address of the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences.
